First thing, price , leg space, comfort & food ...All 4 it is difficult to get the best.
Cheapest would be air India. However service/food is bad. Also they keep changing schedule.
Singapore airlines/Cathay pacific service/food is good. Leg space is also better and
priced slightly higher than AIr India.
So I recommend these 2 (Singapore/Cathay)

If your employer has applied H1B on your bachelor degree then you are EB3 but it can change if you have BS+5yrs Experience before filing LC ..
As of now you are EB3

H-1B is a specialty occupation requiring a B.S. degree. So H-1B will always be filed on the basis of B.S. It has nothing to do with the LC.

Lucky you!! Mine was filed on Jan 5th and still waiting!!
I think the labor certification is slowing going back to 2 years approval time including PWD. 3-6 months for PWD and 1 year to 2.5 years for Labor.
My lawyer ('s assistant) told me yesterday that the PWD's are taking 6 to 8 weeks to come back. 8 weeks have past now, didnt really want to force the issue though as it's not just me that's waiting.
i have until July 1012... Hopefully enough time for my PERM approval...

Vincent was indeed hidden in the Shinra Mansion in Nibelheim. You can get him the first time you visit there. Somewhere in the Mansion is a bit of paper with four clues on it (the last is in invisible ink) telling you that someone is locked away in the basement and by getting these four clues right, you'll find the combination to open the safe and get the key to release him.
When you've got all four numbers, you open the safe and get attacked by a monster called Lost Number (don't ask how i remember all this. I have no idea). He's got one strong magical half that's vulnerable to physical attacks and one strong physical half that's vulnerable to magic. Eventually you'll kill one half off and be left with the other. I found that the physical half is more likely to kill you, so soon as the whole battle begins, only use magic attacks to kill off the physical side and be left with the nice and easy magic one.
Once you've killed him completely, you'll get a key and an Odin materia.
Go to the basement as per the storyline. Once you're down there, there's a screen with a long passageway leading up to the library. There's a door there. Open it. Find Vincent. You'll have to talk to him a couple of times though, until he just says "Leave me alone" or something similar. Do the whole Library / Sephiroth bit then come out and he'll join you.

I think there are few applicants between July 4 to July 17 because this the period of limbo - no one knows what to do and waiting for the August VB. I would guess it would not even reach 10% of those who filed in July 1 to 3.
Another guess is that the filers for July 20 to 31 are also many but not as many as July 1 to 3 filers.
I would suspect that there will be many filers before the August 17 deadline and it could be as many as July 1 to 3 filers.

Can a 485 applicant that has an approved EAD and a ssn apply for a student loan or does one need to be a US citizen or Permanent resident to qualify for student loans from financial organizations like Bank of America? Does anybody know?

To be able to file EB2 the position has to belong to O*net zone 5. For instance if you are an engineer, open the link http://online.onetcenter.org/find/result?s=engineer&g=Go and click over the engineering that mostly suits you. If that position is job zone 4 then it is EB3 if it is job zone 5 then it is EB2. Then you have to check the salary for the area where you work, if your basic salary is superior to the minimum (level 1) of the position then you are fine.
Though I don't know anything about the zone 5 requirement, judging by the vast majority of H1b jobs there are, very few are qualified zone 5. Thus there would have been very few EB2 filing (PERM or the other)
This is not evidenced by what I have seen on many forums, or people that I know that filed for EB2 and then had it approved.

Juz curious if there is an option to get a Visitor visa without attesting the interview at consulate.
some Travel agents have told My brother in law that they can arrange for Visitor visa without going to consulate. To my knowledge its not possible. one have to attend an Interview at the consulate and do finger prints to get a visa.
Anybody have any similar experience / information ?

I am EB3-India with PD July-2005. On 3/10/2009 USCIS issued an RFE. It is about job verification/continuation. USCIS wants my employer to verify that future job is still available.
My paralegal said and I quote, USCIS is issuing this kind of RFE on almost every case. Present economic situation might be the main reason behind it.
