Android will be on more things by the end of the year. iOS is restricted to apple products. But we are already seeing the creativity that people are using android for. Being that it is open source and easy to modify and write on we have many things. Android now powers eReaders, TVs, Video games, and even a microwave

Where are all the people who were ranting here for years over ATT and wanting VERIZON?
Sure, there are many locked into contracts, but where are all the NEW customers that were ranting that they were waiting for a VERIZON iPhone and kept slamming ATT?
Is this due to "antennagate?" I seriously doubt that.
Apparently, they were the trolling vocal minority according to this report.
Either that or Apple & ATT's marketing campaign that pitted the advantages of GSM over CDMA actually worked. Hmm.
That and I honestly haven't seen nearly as many ads from VERIZON over the iPhone than when ATT had it exclusively & originally. I think VERIZON was busy counting the eggs before they hatched.

They need to improve the worthless notification system in iOS more than the maps.
never been an issue for me. id rather have better maps stuff, since i use that near daily.

Why? The law requires an rights owner to defend its IP or risk losing it. These suits are just business, no hard feelings, as seen by Apple's monster-sized component contract w/ Samsung. Any yes, business is about making money.

Not sure if somebody has caught this yet, but there's HD content available already on iTunes this evening (screenshots attached). They're calling it AppleTV HD. It's just some podcasts right now, but I'd consider it a good omen.

I can see them giving it for free with the purchase of their hardware (like find my iPhone is free with the latest iteration of iOS devices) Apple after all is a hardware company.
Giving something that costs billions in servers and man hours for free to everyone doesn't make much sense to me.

Sounds like you got an older revision of the case. Apparently, the newer ones from Speck themselves are a little softer and easier to handle.
Nothing you can do about the one you have to make it softer. You can always try contacting Speck for a replacement. I hear they're pretty generous with replacements.

Note: 2G = Second Generation. Second generation iPod Shuffles have a capacity of 1 Gigabytes.
Wouldn't it have been common sense to just spell out 1 Gigabyte Second Generation instead of devoting a whole other sentence at the end of the article about what 2G means?

I just bought a new wireless keyboard from mac a few weeks ago and when i connect it to my imac (10.6) it works perfectly the first time but then each time after the down arrow continually presses down. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
I took it to get checked out and they ran diagnostics on the keyboard but could find nothing so I'm thinking it might be something to do with my computer.
Any help would be great!
