I have the following rules, but I want to add an "is music" rule... when I do this, my entire library comes up... and putting it as a sub rule on either or both categories doesn't help. Since the rule at the top is "ANY" putting in it's on category rule won't help either because it shows the entire library. If I match "ALL" of the rules, then it will show only songs that are by XX and also have XX in the title.
My goal is to have anything with XX whether they are in the "(feat. XX)" part of the song title, or whether they are the artist of the song, and I don't want anything but music included.

Just make sure your cable provider allows you to record from it. Make sure the signals are not encrypted.
I purchased EyeTV500 and after I figure out the only way to record HDTV was from over the air antenna. I returned it to Elgato after I found out I would have to spend good amount of money buying a really good outdoor antenna plus make holes in the wall and etc. to be able to connect it to my EyeTV and computer.
That's a good point! Grrrr... Always something. I just checked ElGato's site and they don't offer an HDTV over Sat solution that I can see.

It's obviously just to eliminate the jailbreak, as usual.
To all of those talking about jailbreaking, that's unpatchable at this point. Remember that they found a boot rom vulnerability that they had been hoping for. Those can only be patched by hardware, not software. The only problem is that it only allows tethered jailbreaks, without an additional vulnerability to exploit to make it untethered. This jailbreaks all devices except the recently released iPad 2, so they just make a few updates and release a tethered jailbreak right away, and an untethered jailbreak when they can.
TL;DR - Apple cannot patch the jailbreak with software updates, so stop worrying about it.

Not true.. I am the Art Director for a Art department that makes grocery store ads.
Soda is not a common loss leader since it's DSD Pepsi/Coke keep close price controls.
I usually see produce and meat used as loss leaders..
All food margins are bad for grocery stores...they end up making the most money off of their non-food items...which is why you often see a growing number of non-food aisles.
Another point... I expect that TJ MAXX just bought up a bunch of the Refurbished iPads and is taking a $50 loss on each to get people in the stores.

I think he meant 8,000. I did the math myself. All you do is count the number of stores east of colorado or so. I estimate 50%-60% of stores got 10 iPads each...throw in some Marshalls stores...and you get between 5,000 - 10,000 iPads.
(notice how some Marshalls stores are holding off on their iPads until Black Friday...maybe they are apple users who actually figure out they have a prized possession...i can see most managers just saying..what are these ipads..lets just give them away).

A person can buy a movie from iTunes and play it on as many iPODS they want (how many does a single household actually have?) or a person can just get netflix, request the movie, rip it, put it on his OR her iPOD, and watch it as many times as he or she wants.

What is weird though is that I just ran geekbench and got a score of 764 with only 256mb ram compared with 732 when I had 512md ram :confused:
could it be that the dodgy dimm was registering its capacity but hindering the machine in the geekbench tests due to it being faulty?
Geekbench isn't super consistent with it's scores in my experience. Xbench is even worse. I have seen GB waver as much as 30-40 points in identical situations.
The best benchmarks for consistency which is exactly what you need in a benchmark:
Cinebench (CPU and Hardware/Software Graphics)
SuperPrime (prime number CPU bench)
PowerFractal (Altivec)
OpenMark (3D video)
Let 1000 Windows Bloom (2D video)
QuickBench (hard disk)

People are seriously complaining about $3? I mean, Jesus. I understand wanting bug fixes and stuff for a version for free. But you really expect this guy to give you major updates for free, when this is probably his career at this point?! Do him, yourself and the rest of us that have to listen to you a favor.. go use another Twitter app and shut up. He�s already said if he could, he would gladly offer an upgrade price for 1.x users.. but that�s not on him. That�s Apple and the app store.

Can anybody tell me for sure if I will lose all my rollover minutes if I make the change online? I have 5 lines on a family plan and I know that I have to make the change on all 5 lines manually which I am ok with. Can somebody verify for me that nothing will change on my account such as losing rollover mins, losing corporate FAN discount, losing anything else? I simply want to change Unlimited family text to unlimited family text plus unlimited any M2M. Whenever I do an online chat with a rep or call, they always tell me I need to 'update' my plan or something (I am on a family talk 1400 plan). I don't see a reason for this but they always tell me when I 'update', i'll lose all my rollover mins so I have not 'updated'....obviously and no ill effects as of yet.

The thing I find funny is that about 90% of the people who were anxiously waiting for or desire the white iPhone are just going to stick it in a case anyway.
